Your Workshop Facilitators
Valerie boasts 15 years of wellness experience, extensively studying a vast array of healing modalities centered on breath, energy, light, and sound frequencies.
Today, she holds certifications as a breath coach, meditation guide, Kundalini yoga teacher, and holistic reiki energy healer and sound therapist.
She-She (Sheila O'Donnell) is a Life, Love & Relationship Coach, Singer Songwriter & Professional Intuitive with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in connecting with the Angelic realm and channels heart healing angelic tones and high vibrational frequencies with her voice.

Journals (paper) and a pen. We will be working through an abundance exercise.
