What is a Sound Bath

A sound bath is an immersive experience that washes sound waves over the body to cleanse away tension. Hence, the “bath.” Powerful instruments attune a person’s system and deepen relaxation, putting participants into truly tranquil states.

In nature, our bodies organically tune into the Earth’s frequency. Since we are also comprised of vibrations, harmonizing with nature brings us a sense of balance and revitalization. Sound baths allow people to tune into earth’s healing rhythms by re-establishing alignment with nature’s frequencies. Dis-harmony can lead to dis-ease, stress, and anxiety. Balance, however, results in clarity, energy, and enhanced focus.
